  • Looky what was inside my qtr panel!

I cut out a rusty spot in my lower 1/4 on my 55. All this crap came out including the little indian! Also found a 1954 penny and a severly crusted charm bracelet! I am NOT going to be able to paint my 55 now cause I am going to replace the full 1/4 and rocker on the drivers side!

A young couple got married and used His Dads 55 in the wedding. His Dad drove them home in the Car. She lost Her ring that day. A search turned up nothing. Thirty years later while restoring that very Car he found the ring in the same spot you found the penny and Toy. They got remarried using the orginal ring and the restored 55 Chevy....Did you replace that rusted spot?? If so why are you replacing the whole quarter. Never have seen a replacement so perfect,,,TLW.

              Very cool find.

So will the '55 still be "diggin a hole" on the hill at the picnic? Hope you get it over here.
