What is everyone's technique for getting a broken drill bit out of a part?

Had a bit break off in a wheel that I was drilling for wheel screws. What a PITA! After roaching another 4 drill bits, a screwdriver and a centerpunch, I finally got it out. Unfortunately the wheel was aluminum so the hole is a little wonky.

Curious what everyone else does. Tricks?
