I set up out there and did pretty well. Eldred was set up out there, too. Crab was walking around taking pics. It wasn't quite as big as the October swap last year, but was pretty impressive for a first annual event. Personally, I'm glad to see more local swaps getting off the ground. We need more swaps in this area.

I'm not sure the Kellyville swap will survive since they flaked again this year. Last year I could understand, but I think they bailed out way too early this time. Now Pate has moved their schedule up a week so the EarlyV8 group could possibly lose a lot of vendors permanently. I heard of a new swap in Lawton but can't find the info on it.

The little swap up in Bartlesville at Outlaw Engine and Machine, showed some promise last year as well. I picked up a nice set of clean fenders for my new 1-ton for cheap. Wish I had been able to set up at that one, but life got in the way. I need to contact Robert and get some solid dates from him for this year. As for the new Claremore Spring meet, I think it will do every bit as well as the fall swap.
